Staff Accountant
Description: Prepare recurring month end closing journal entries and analyze for discrepancies. Prepare monthly adjusting entries as deemed necessary by a review of the general ledger, income statement or balance sheet. Prepare bank reconciliations each month. Prepare monthly balance sheet analysis on a variety of accounts. Assist with the running and filing of monthly reports or documents in accordance with Sox requirements as deemed appropriate. Produce and distribute to respective managers General Ledger reports and Expense Detail reports as necessary. Run and review the Inter-company Matching Report and review for discrepancies. Resolve differences with the appropriate personnel. Interact with other departments within the Company to resolve issues and answer questions where necessary. Provide general assistance to Senior Accountants. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Accounting required. One to two years experience in corporate and/or public accounting. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Experience with Hyperion Enterprise and/or Oracle Financials a plus.

Senior Internal Auditor
Description: Oversees all aspects of the organization's auditing function by appraising the effectiveness of administrative, operating, financial and computer controls. Provides operational, compliance, financial, investigative audits and management advisory services.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field; minimum (7) years experience as an Internal Auditor or experience relating to Internal Auditing; and (3) years supervisory experience. Certification as a Public Accountant (CPA) or Internal Auditor (CIA) is required.
